Gullo International Development Corporation has announced that
Fisher & Paykel, a distributor of appliances, has leased
their second building in the Sicula Business Park, Elk Grove.
The property is a 47,652 s.f. warehouse located at 2447 Higgins.
This property features: 25' ceilings; 16 exterior docks;
a drive-in-door; 86 car parking and a glass curtain wall in
the front entry area, which will offer the option of two story
offices.
"We’ve had a great relationship with Fisher &
Paykel in the property next door to this, and we are very
pleased they are expanding with us," according to Gullo

The building also has reduced Cook County property taxes
for a minimum of 12 years with a 6B classification that applies
