Gullo International Development Corporation has announced a 14 acre mixed use project at the southwest corner of Devon Avenue and Wood Dale Road has gained final approval  from the City of Wood Dale and construction will begin in the near future.  The project will feature 120 townhomes called Bristol Place to be built by Pulte Development, a free standing Harris Bank branch and a 12,000 s,f, retail center to be called The Bristol Plaza to be developed by Gullo International Development Corporation.
