ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS   Gullo International Development Corporation has announced that Metal Processing Systems, Inc. a distributor of laser operated machine tools, has leased the 24,053 s.f. at 2324 Touhy in the Sicula Business Park, Elk Grove.   

Metal Processing Systems, who will be relocating from Schaumburg, was represented by Kay Rohan, Principal of TriStar Associates LLC.

The Sicula Business Park is a seven building 260,000 s.f. development at Higgins, Landmeier and Touhy in the eastern part of Elk Grove Village.

“We are pleased to have MPS as a new tenant for this free standing high image building, and we appreciate Kay bringing this tenant to us,” according to GIDC President Giovanni Gullo.      

The entire property features: precast and a glass curtain wall in the front entry area; 25'/27’ clearance; 4 interior docks; 1 drive-in-door; and 32 car parking.  The building has reduced Cook County property taxes for a minimum of 12 years with a 6B classification that applies to new industrial construction.  

With this lease, the only two buildings available in the Sicula Business Park are 2316 Touhy and 2320 Touhy, both free standing and 24,053 s.f. with 5,000 s.f. of office, 4 interior docks and a drive-in-door.
