This 10,024 s.f. property has 8 stores ranging from 770 s.f. to 1,924 s.f. and it had a listing price of $1.8 million. 

"The original owners, who built this center for their currency exchange, decided to sell after 30 plus years, and it fit into the strip mall portfolio needs of buyer JHJ Properties, who was represented by Louis Papadakos, the broker/owner of Alpha Realty in Addison.  The currency exchange business will also remain in 1,924 s.f. in the center as a long term tenant," according to Gullo International Realty Group Vice President John F.
