ELK GROVE, ILLINOIS   Gullo International Development Corporation has announced that Northwest Community Hospital has leased the 24,053 s.f. at 2316 Touhy in the Sicula Business Park, Elk Grove.

The building will be used for training and medical equipment storage. NCH was represented by Jim Otto of James Otto & Associates.

The Sicula Business Park is a seven building 260,000 s.f. development at Higgins, Landmeier and Touhy in eastern Elk Grove Village.

With this lease signing, the only building available in the Sicula Business Park is 2320 Touhy, which is a 24,053 s.f. with 5,000 s.f. of office, 4 interior docks and a drive-in-door.
